This one-day intensive workshop equips lawyers with the business skills they require to add value to the practice and develop their career. It has been designed by Sue-Ella Prodonovich and Sam Coupland.
There are two parts to the workshop. The morning session (8:30 am-12.00 pm) will concentrate on current market conditions and financial mechanics of a legal practice. The afternoon session (1.00-4.00 pm) will concentrate on building a practice with Strategy, Marketing and Business Development topics.
Subject to specific requirements of relevant State rulings, attendance at this workshop allows participants to earn MCLE / CPD points.
