We will address mechanics for partner entry and exit as well as strategies to manage senior employed lawyers. During the programme we will address contemporary issues in a pragmatic manner, exploring how firms are managing with changing demographics and partner expectation.
Although the focus of this master class is the ‘partnership’ it is totally relevant for incorporated legal practices as well. Most incorporated professional legal firms have retained a ‘partnership culture’ among owners and those who may aspire to ownership. While some of the mechanics of succession may vary the principals remain consistent. We will explore these issues.
