Ronwyn is a consultant and independent director with a background in legal practice as a solicitor and experience on private, public sector and not for profit boards. She has a special interest in organisational governance, practice management and risk and ethics exposures. She is an award winning educator, co author of a ground breaking study on how lawyers get sued, and has shared her knowledge and expertise with a diverse range of leading law firms and organisations throughout Australia and New Zealand.
